You've built a successful career in finance
You're capable. Trusted.
Responsible for a lot
You've proven yourself again and again
There's consistent pressure to keep up
You're busy all the time, but not always moving things forward in a meaningful way
Switching off is harder than it should be
And quarter after quarter... nothing really changes
PUSH THROUGH
Keep working harder and hope it gets better
BECOME MORE EFFICIENT
Try doing more in less time
ACCEPT SACRIFICE
Keep believing that career success demands personal sacrifice
It's that most people have never:
Defined success intentionally
Designed ways of working that actually support it
DEFINE YOUR VERSION OF SUCCESS
Get clear on what success looks like for you - at work and beyond
REDESIGN
YOUR WAY OF WORKING
Assess and realign how you work, including what's getting in the way
CREATE SUSTAINABLE CAREER SUCCESS
Achieve and sustain your definition of success without burning out

I understand the pressure, the expectations and the pace.
I know the complexity of the work, the weight of the responsibility, and what it's like when the way you're working doesn't leave room for anything else.
How you:
think,
define success,
and operate
How you:
lead & develop others,
manage workload,
and delegate
How you:
manage expectations,
influence,
and align
Without space to step back and think intentionally, it's easy to stay stuck in ways that no longer serve you.
PAUSE
&
REFLECT
Space to think clearly about and assess what's working and what's not
MAKE THOUGHTFUL CHOICES
Define how you want to work and what you want to practice
PRACTICE
NEW
WAYS
Implement new habits and ways of working
BUILD &
SUSTAIN
MOMENTUM
Make your new way of working your new normal
Before becoming a coach, I spent 20+ years in finance, most recently as an executive in financial reporting.
Even when I had the opportunity to step away from work, I couldn't fully switch off. My mind was still on work. Still thinking ahead.
I was driven, capable and successful. And for a long time, overworking worked. Until it didn't.
The problem wasn't just the workload. It was that I had never stopped to define what success actually meant for me, at work or outside of work.
