About Me! Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Allison Marie! 

I am a wife, mom of 2 teens, mom of 2 goldendoodles and finance executive turned leadership coach who is passionate about helping high achieving professionals excel at work without overworking.

I help you sustain high performance at work without sacrificing the rest of your life. My 3-part framework focuses on you: (1) You at work and beyond (2) You and your team and (3) You and your stakeholders.

In addition to coaching, my passions include strength training, getting outside for long walks, going for motorcycle rides with my husband, being pool/lake or oceanside, laughing and spending time with my family as well as enjoying good times with good friends.
