You’re capable.
You’re delivering.
You’re trusted.
But the way you’re working?
It’s taking more out of you than you want it to.

This is a focused 45-minute conversation to understand what’s actually creating the pressure you’re feeling... and to determine whether 1:1 coaching is the right next step for you.
This is not a vague “discovery” conversation.
It’s a clarity and direction call.
If coaching together isn't the right fit, I'll tell you. But the call will be valuable either way.
ON THIS CALL, WE WILL:
Identify what feels misaligned in your current way of working
Separate inherited expectations from intentional ones
Clarify what success actually means to you right now
Determine whether my support and a coaching engagement makes sense
You’re carrying more than you should
You’ve outgrown old definitions of success
You’re succeeding… but it doesn’t feel sustainable
You keep telling yourself, “Once this quarter is over, it will get better”
You know something needs to shift, but you can’t quite describe it
That’s rarely a capability problem.
It’s usually a pattern and way-of-working problem.
And that’s exactly what we address on this call.
A clearer understanding of what’s really driving your overwhelm
Language for what feels “off”
A sense of what would need to change for work to feel sustainable
Relief that nothing has gone wrong
A high pressure sales call
A test you need to prepare for
A commitment to coaching
A conversation where you have to have everything figured out
This is simply a space to step back, talk honestly about what's going on, and explore what may need to change
You’re ambitious and care about doing excellent work
You also care about your life outside of work
You’re open to examining how you think and how you work
You’re seriously considering 1:1 coaching
You’re looking for quick productivity hacks
You want to fix things without looking at yourself or your own leadership
You’re not ready to consider working differently
There’s no pressure here.
But there is intention.
If it's a fit,
I will outline what working together would look like what working together would look like.
I work with clients in 6 month 1:1 engagements focused on:
Defining success right now
Designing ways of working that support it
Strengthening your ability to lead - at work and beyond
By the end, you don't just understand what needs to change.
You're working differently.
And work just feels better.
And you have more space and energy for the rest of your life too.
Many people come to the consultation call and to coaching knowing more about what isn’t working than what they want instead. That’s okay. Coaching helps create clarity — you do not need to arrive with everything figured out before reaching out.
No. While many clients initially reach out because work feels harder than it should or no longer feels sustainable, coaching often expands into broader conversations about priorities, energy, relationships, identity, and how work fits into the rest of your life.
Absolutely. External pressures, deadlines, and demanding seasons are real — especially when balancing both work and life responsibilities. Coaching is about helping you assess how you’re operating within your current circumstances and creating more sustainable ways of leading yourself and others, both at work and outside of work.
Not at all. Most of my clients are still performing well professionally when they reach out. They’re capable, ambitious, and successful — but increasingly aware that the way they’re working is taking more out of them than they want it to. Coaching helps create more sustainable ways of working before things reach a breaking point.
Most clients meet with me virtually for one hour either weekly or every other week during our 6-month engagement, depending on the level of support we decide would be most beneficial.
This is where we do the real work together — stepping back, thinking clearly, identifying patterns, exploring possibilities and creating more intentional ways of working and leading.
Outside of coaching, the goal isn’t to create more pressure or another overwhelming to-do list. It’s to thoughtfully practice and apply what we discuss in a way that fits your real life.
You are likely very clear on what you don’t want anymore — and that’s enough to begin.
The process creates the clarity. And this is the first step.
You don’t need more time or more information.
You need space to step back and think clearly about what's going on.
And you need a structured conversation that helps you see what you can do about it.
